Iron coil (wired rod), is the name of coil metals produced by coil-shaped spiral wrapping used in constructions. In this way large quantites of copper and steel is produced. It is suited to CNC bending machines. Coil weights are between 100kg to 1000kg. The inner diameter of coils are 600mm or 1000mm.
In coil iron production process, ingots imported to rolling mill is subjected to smelter process in annealing furnaces up to 1200C. Oxide layers on the ignots taken from the annealing furnace is cleaned by descaler pressurised water.
Ignots removed from its oxide layers are passed from the rough materail and cooling processes are turned into coil iron.
